Terms of service
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a service from Xcelerate Consulting. A written proposal or order confirmation for your project forms part of these terms.

Services and scope
Each service has the scope, turnaround and revisions shown on its service page and on our pricing page, unless your written proposal says otherwise. Work outside the scope is quoted in writing before we start.
Fees and payment
Design services are priced per product or per brand as shown on our pricing page, and invoiced in US dollars for each project, plus applicable taxes. Account Management costs $500 a month, billed monthly in advance. Work starts once payment is received.
Cancellation
Account Management can be cancelled anytime by email before your next billing date, with no cancellation fee. The current month is not refunded, but we finish the work already paid for. Design projects can be cancelled before work starts for a full refund.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate product information, and only claims you can support with evidence.
- Make sure you have the rights to any photos, logos and materials you send us.
- For account management, grant and remove Seller Central permissions yourself, and keep your own login private.
- Review our work before it is published on your listings.
Our responsibilities
- Deliver the agreed work with care and on the stated turnaround.
- Follow Amazon's policies and guidelines for content and for service providers.
- Keep your information confidential and protect it as described on our data protection page.
Ownership
When the fee is paid, you own the final designs and copy we deliver for you. We may show finished work in our portfolio without naming your brand, unless you ask us not to.
No guarantees from Amazon
Amazon decides what appears on its store and may approve, reject or change content, listings and accounts. We do not guarantee sales, rankings or any decision made by Amazon.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Independence
Xcelerate Consulting is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon, Seller Central, A+ Content, Brand Registry and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, used here only to describe the services we provide.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
