This policy explains what personal information Xcelerate Consulting collects through this website and through our services, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

What we collect
- Contact form and emails: your name, email address, company, the service you ask about and your message.
- Client work: business contact details, product information and files you send us, and, for account management, information we see in Seller Central while doing the agreed work.
- Website data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you asked for.
- To send invoices and keep business records required by law.
- To keep this website and our systems secure.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Amazon customer information
We do not download or keep personal information about your customers from Seller Central. See data protection for details.
Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run our business, under confidentiality terms: our website host (Hostinger), our email and file storage provider (Google Workspace) and our invoicing tools. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in India and our providers may store data in other countries. Where we receive information from clients in Europe or the UK, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for international transfers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 12 months.
- Client working files with account data: deleted within 30 days of the end of our engagement.
- Invoices and tax records: as long as Indian law requires, usually 8 years.
- Server logs: kept by our host for a limited period for security.
How we protect it
We use named accounts with two step verification, encrypted storage, limited access and regular access reviews. Read more on our data protection page.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@xcelerate.in. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. In India you may contact the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

We will update this page if this policy changes and change the date at the top.
